Fulfillment World offers a full menu of warehouse services. Those services include receiving, warehousing, storage, contract warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping and transportation management.
Our Pico Rivera Warehouse and Distribution Center is conveniently located approximately 20 miles northeast of the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. We are adjacent to the intersections of the 5 and 605 freeways with easy access to both.
Fulfillment World will receive your sea containers, air shipments and domestic freight into the warehouse and within 24 hours make the move from “dock to stock”. Upon completion of the receiving process we will receive the product into Velocity, our Warehouse Management System (WMS). As part of our services we will provide you and your company with a unique User Name and Password for Velocity. This User Name and Password will allow you to view your inventory at anytime from anywhere.
With certain restrictions in place we can also offer you access to other menus within the Velocity portal.
We can discuss yours needs and set-up access as needed.
Once you are setup in our system, you will be assigned a Customer Service Representative (CSR) along with a backup who will handle your account. It is important to us that more one person understands the “personality” of your account. Again, efficiency is our goal.
Our focus of the 3PL business is to accurately receive your product. Effectively receive and process your orders and then accurately pick and ship your product. Our Warehouse Team has been trained to pay attention to detail. They know that the burden of accuracy falls directly on their shoulders. If the Team does not pick accurately then the entire system up to the point is a failure. Here at Fulfillment World failure is not an option. We train and retrain as new customers come on board or products with similar sku numbers are received. Meetings are not just limited to office personnel or mid-level managers. All members of the staff are included in meetings if senior management thinks that their involvement will help our goal of efficiency and accuracy.
